Fruit Parfait

2 cups of yogurt (flavored or greek is fine)

1 cup of sliced fruit

1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers, granola or nuts.

Whipped Cream



Add ½ a cup of yogurt to a glass. Then add ½ a cup of sliced fruit. Add another ½ a cup of yogurt. Next, sprinkle ½ a cup of the “crunch” item (vanilla wafers, granola or nuts). Finally, swirl a decent amount of whipped cream on top. Then enjoy! Makes:  2 servings
